Fees and Terms

• A meeting to plan the pose, size, setting, and mood of the portrait, assisting with clothing selection if desired.
• A photo session to assist in choosing the most suitable pose and lighting. A charcoal sketch may be done at this time. At this point 30% of the total fee is applicable.
• A few live sittings may be required to achieve the highest quality portrait. either in the artist’s studio or in the client’s home or office.
• Portrait will be delivered to the client’s satisfaction with 3-6 months of the photo session with the balance paid at that time. Framing, shipping and sales tax are additional as are travel expenses, if necessary.
